Compound Butter is an easy way to add a wow factor to almost any dish. This is one compound butter recipe that is heavy on the herbs, just the way I like it. Tweak it, double it, change it completely. You can make yours however you like. Think fresh herbs, spices, truffles, cinnamon, honey… the sky is the limit!
1 stick unsalted Butter, at room temperature
Zest of 1 Lemon
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1 T Herbs de Provence
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to firm back up.
Use on pasta, vegetable, seafood and a million other ways. Enjoy!
