How To Make Compound Butter

Compound Butter is an easy way to add a wow factor to almost any dish.  This is one compound butter recipe that is heavy on the herbs, just the way I like it.  Tweak it, double it, change it completely.  You can make yours however you like.  Think fresh herbs, spices, truffles, cinnamon, honey… the sky is the limit!IMG_0650

Ingredients:

Zest of 1 Lemon

  1. This is a great idea, I will make this to keep on hand for grilling steaks. An easier way to spice up while on the grill. Thanks so much for another useful idea
