Last Friday it was 70 degrees. On Saturday it snowed. The snow was all melted by Tuesday. It was about 60 degrees yesterday (January 15th). Wind chill right now is about 20 and it is supposed to snow/sleet/gross tomorrow. But, I think winter might be here to stay this time. I’m not sure.
Regardless, make sure you are prepared to be all warm and cozy this weekend. Go to the grocery store after work tonight. Throw some things in the crockpot tomorrow morning. Come home from work tomorrow, pour a glass of wine and start the weekend off right with some slow cooker pot roast. You can make so many different meals from just this one recipe so it will last the entire holiday weekend with minimal effort. Enjoy!
