Meatball Tips

1. You don’t want to handle the meat too much or it will get tough.

2. Fry up 1 mini meatball before rolling them all so you can taste test for seasoning.

3. Fry them before your party then reheat in the oven at 200 so you don’t smell like a meatball when your guests arrive.
