Herbed Sour Cream Dip

I don’t have time for all the pretty. But this dip is amazing and you should make it for Super Bowl!!!


Perfect with raw veggies, pita chips, potato chips and our favorite #RoastedPotatoes

Use Greek Yogurt instead of sour cream to bump up the #protein and health factor.

Herbed Sour Cream Dip
3/4 c Sour Cream
1 T chopped Green Onions (or fresh chives)
1 tsp chopped Fresh Dill
1 tsp chopped Fresh Parsley
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 tsp Onion Powder
1/8 tsp Kosher Salt
Few grinds fresh Pepper

Mix all together and let sit for at least 30 min in fridge.

If you like thinner dip, add tsp of milk (or lemon juice) at a time until desired consistency.
