Grilled Salsiccia

If you will remember from a previous post, Salsiccia is Italian Sausage and it is pronounced “sa-zeet-za.”  Grill these up for a great summer dinner.  They are delicious with almost any side but especially Giada’s Tri-Colore Orza Pasta Salad.

Ingredients:
Salsiccia Links
1-2 Lemons (depending on how many salsiccia you are grilling)

If they are connected, cut the links apart with kitchen shears.
Prepare a medium hot grill and cook the salsiccia for about 15 minutes, or until cooked through. I flip them every 4-5 minutes.

When they are cooked, remove them to a platter and immediately squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.

These are not eaten on a bun or with mustard or god forbid catsup.

Just eat them plain and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
