Slow Cooker Steel Cut Oats (Overnight)

can Coconut Milk*

Steel Cut Oats

of Kosher Salt

Cinnamon Sticks

Ripe Bananas, mashed

Instructions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a slow cooker and stir to combine.
Turn the slow cooker on low and cook for 8 hours (overnight).
In the morning, give it a stir. If desired, add the mashed bananas and stir to combine.
Dish into bowls and eat as is or add whatever additional toppings you like!
Notes
*If you don't want to use coconut milk increase the water or other milk by 13.5 oz or about 1 2/3 cups.
