Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Spray a small oven safe baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Add the cut donuts to the baking dish.
In a large measuring cup combine remaining 6 ingredients and beat until well mixed.
Pour the custard mixture over the donuts and let sit for 10 minutes (to absorb the liquid).
Bake for 35 minutes.
Scoop into serving dishes and if desired, drizzle with some chocolate.
Notes
You can scale this recipe up if you have more leftover donuts or just go buy donuts to make a delicious full-sized dessert!
