Light and refreshing; chop large for a salad or small for a salsa!
Servings: 6 People
- 2 ripe Mangoes
- 2 ripe Avocados
- 1 Lime
- 1 T Red Onion minced (optional)
- 1 T Olive Oil optional
- Chopped Cilantro for garnish (optional)
Dice the mango and put into a mixing bowl. Dice the avocado and put on top of the mango; sprinkle avocado with a little bit of salt.
Zest ½ of the lime directly over the mixing bowl. Juice the lime (should be about 3 tablespoons) and pour juice over avocados.
Add onion to bowl and then drizzle the olive oil over the top.
Gently toss everything to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary.
Put into your serving dish, sprinkle with cilantro and enjoy!
