  • 1 piece Naan
  • Pizza Sauce or leftover Pasta Sauce
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Zucchini Slices
  • Sautéed Crimini Mushrooms
  • Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Fresh Basil


  • Preheat the oven to 400
  • Layer the naan with each ingredient in the order it is listed. I just cut the basil with my kitchen shears right over the pizza.
  • Bake directly on the rack for about 10 - 12 minutes or until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
