  • 1 clove Garlic smashed
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 T Balsamic Vinegar
  • Splash Soy Sauce
  • 3 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • Add all ingredients to a small mason jar.
  • Put the lid on and shake vigorously.
  • If you have time, let sit at room temperature for at least 20 minutes to let the garlic infuse.
  • Shake again before dressing salad (making sure not to serve the garlic clove).
