- 4 thick-cut, bone-in Pork Chops
- ½ c Wishbone Italian Dressing
- 2 T Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
Put meat in large Ziploc. Add salad dressing and soy sauce. Seal bag and shake/swish around. Let marinade on the counter for 20 minutes.
Place the pork chops on a medium-hot grill. Grill for 7 minutes without touching or moving the meat. Flip the pork chops and grill for 7 more minutes on the other side (without moving).
Take the chops off the grill and check the internal temperature with a thermometer; it should be 145 degrees.
Cover them loosely with foil and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
