12Nestle Toll House Mini Chocolate Chip Break & Bake Cookies
Preheat oven to 325. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Prepare the brownie mix according to the package using the egg, water and vegetable oil.
Fill the cupcakes about halfway with brownie batter. (*I filled an ice cream scooper about 2/3 full so they would come out even)
Break off or use a butter knife to separate 12 mini chocolate chip cookies from the package. Use your fingers to flatten out the cookie dough a bit. Place the cookie dough in the middle of the brownie and press down slightly.
Put in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until the brownie is cooked.
Let cool for at least 10 minutes if you can wait that long, then devour!
If like E you think this is "too chocolatey," you can make 15-18 brookies instead of 12 so the brownie to cookie ratio is more equal.
