  • 1 box of Ghirardelli Chocolate Supreme Brownie Mix
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 c Water
  • 1/3 c Vegetable Oil
  • 12 Nestle Toll House Mini Chocolate Chip Break & Bake Cookies

  • Preheat oven to 325.  Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • Prepare the brownie mix according to the package using the egg, water and vegetable oil.
  • Fill the cupcakes about halfway with brownie batter. (*I filled an ice cream scooper about 2/3 full so they would come out even)
  • Break off or use a butter knife to separate 12 mini chocolate chip cookies from the package.  Use your fingers to flatten out the cookie dough a bit.  Place the cookie dough in the middle of the brownie and press down slightly.
  • Put in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until the brownie is cooked.
  • Let cool for at least 10 minutes if you can wait that long, then devour!

If like E you think this is "too chocolatey," you can make 15-18 brookies instead of 12 so the brownie to cookie ratio is more equal.
